I've been fortunate to travel extensively in the U.S., Asia, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Photography has provided me the opportunity to capture images of nature and of life not only close to home, but in far corners of the world. We are so similar, and yet so different. The Amazing World Around Us
Landscape and Nature photography allows us to share beautiful images we might never see again, appreciate the fragility of the moment, and remember experiences we hope to never forget. There also are those Unique Moments and Perspectives which may be challenging to categorize, but which, if we look carefully and are lucky, we can capture through the magic of photography.
Telling a Story
Photographic journalism provides a window into the human experience that we might otherwise have little chance to see. I love images that tell a story and shed some insight into the lives of people next door or several thousand miles away. The story may be sad, or wonderful, or simply depict everyday life. Always it amazes me.
